Prior to establishing Goodman Halioua LLP, Adam gained valuable experience working at the largest victim-side personal injury law firm in Ontario. Adam’s practice is focused on fiercely advocating on behalf of victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. Adam’s clients are kept informed of the status of their claim and involved from the initial consultation until their claim is successfully resolved.
Adam is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of York Region. Adam obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada. Adam frequently appears before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Adam maintains a thorough knowledge of the law surrounding accident benefits and personal injury litigation through regular attendance at legal conferences and seminars, as well as through membership in various legal organizations. Adam has also presented on the topic of Accident Benefits to hospital trauma workers and healthcare professionals.
When Adam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his young family and playing soccer.
